Curious About Transracial Foster Parenting?

I am so very excited about the guest I have lined up for the next Flourishing Foster Parent Coaching Call!

Allison is a foster parent.

She is also a transracial adoptee, which gives her a very unique and invaluable perspective on the challenges that face children in transracial foster homes.

On top of being in foster care, which is, itself, a traumatic experience, children in transracial foster homes face further feelings of loneliness and alienation by not only being an outsider to the family they are with, but also being a different race from their foster parents/foster family.

Listen in on my conversation with Allison for the first half of the call. Then add your own questions or comments to the discussion during the second half of the call!

If you are a member of The Flourishing Foster Parent, you should already have your invitation to this call. If you’re not yet a member and you’d like to be, click here to join! The cost is $5 per month, which includes 3-4 live Coaching Calls and access to the recordings if you are unable to join the call in real time.

You don’t want to miss this one. Hope you can join us on Saturday!
